The Collaborative Engagement and Retention team (CERT), based within the Centre for Student and Community Engagement (CenSCE), works in partnership with Academic Schools and Professional Services to design, develop and implement interventions aimed to improve the engagement, retention and progression of students at Nottingham Trent University.
We are looking for proactive individuals who have a genuine passion for working with students. They must have a good understanding of the issues associated with students’ transition into and progression through higher education.
Applicants need to be highly organised and have good attention to detail as well as strong communication skills. Experience of working with a range of people to deliver successful projects would also be an advantage. We need team players who are willing to get involved in all aspects of the work led by the CERT team as well as contributing to the wider CenSCE department, from creative student-facing promotion to routine administrative tasks.

This is a Graduate Development Programme role available for a fixed term of 13 months. Applicants need to be current NTU students in their final year or have graduated from NTU within the last two years at the time of applying.
