Sustainability in the Curriculum
NTU is a sector leader in sustainability. We’ve been recognised as one of the greenest universities in the UK for the past eight years, most recently being awarded third place in the 2019 People & Planet University League.

Net Zero Carbon
NTU has pledged to achieve Net Zero Carbon emissions across all three carbon scopes by 2040 in order to create a Zero Carbon culture across the NTU community.
Sustainability in Enterprise programme
With support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) a range of departments, including the Sustainability Team, at NTU are now available to offer to support to eligible Nottingham small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as part of the Sustainability in Enterprise (SiE) programme.

Primary school pupils grow their passion for plants at NTU
