Undergraduate fees 2026 entry
International student fees for 2026 entry onto a full-time undergraduate course at NTU are:
- £18,700 for courses in the Nottingham School of Art & Design, School of Science and Technology (London only) and Nottingham Business School.
- £17,950 for all other subjects.
- If you do a work placement as part of an undergraduate course at NTU, the placement fee for 2026/27 academic year is £1,905.
Please note the following:
- Tuition fees are payable for each year you are at University.
- Fees for the second and subsequent years of your undergraduate course may increase in line with inflation and as specified by the UK government.
- It's essential that you're financially prepared to study at NTU, with funds for living costs and to make your tuition fee payments by the set payment deadlines.
Full-time Masters fees September 2026 / January 2027 entry

Please note the following:
- The fees stated are for one year of study.
- If you study the two-year route of an eligible course, which incorporates a work placement, the fee for the work placement will be £1,905.
- It's essential that you're financially prepared for study at NTU, with funds for living costs and to make your tuition fee payments by the set payment deadlines.
Masters with a January start:
- January 2026 start Masters: the course fee is published on the course page. Students starting a Masters in January 2026 pay the Sept 2025 / Jan 2026 entry fee.
- January 2027 start Masters: Students starting a Masters in January 2027 pay the Sept 2026 / Jan 2027 entry fee.

Postgraduate research 2026 entry
Our tuition fees for postgraduate research are set and reviewed on an annual basis and the amount you pay will depend on the length of your course and mode of study.
The 2026 entry fees for international students undertaking a full-time PhD are:
- £19,100 per year for Animal, Rural and Environmental Sciences, or Science and Technology Schools.
- £17,900 per year for all other Schools.
- Professional Doctorates £13,800 per year.
