Do you have a passion for digital technology and the role it plays in learning and development? Are you ready to be part of a team that shapes how our people use digital tools in the workplace? We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual to join our Digital Practice team, who is responsible for delivering a range of activities to drive connection, communication and collaboration using digital tools – making real impact in how we work using digital technologies. This role will provide support in the production of online learning and digital learning materials for staff and for coordinating the effective delivery of projects. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking team committed to delivering innovative digital practice and keen to hear your ideas and make them a reality.

The role will be based in the Digital Practice team, which is part of the Organisational Development team within Human Resources (HR), and you will be working with both academic and professional services colleagues to deliver NTU’s strategic ambition to create the University of the Future.

We are looking for an individual who has strong interpersonal communication skills, is highly organised and has good attention to detail. Experience of working with a range of people to deliver successful projects would be advantageous, but is not essential. Applicants need to be able to work well in a team and get involved in all aspects of our digital practice projects.

This is a Graduate Development Programme role available for a fixed term of 13 months. Applicants need to be current NTU students in their final year or have graduated from NTU within the last two years at the time of applying.
