An exciting graduate development opportunity exists for a Market Research and Insight Coordinator within the NTU Market Research and Insight team. This role will support the Market Research and Insight team in ensuring the delivery of various aspects of the annual research programme, many of which relate to improving the student experience at NTU and providing marketing teams with insight to aid student recruitment and course development.

This role will entail competitor analysis, data analysis, market intelligence and coordinating quantitative and qualitative market research. You will be responsible to run focus groups and create online surveys to provide useful, clear insights for key stakeholders across the University. Usage of creative and innovative data visualisation techniques to help tell a story is also a key part of the role.

The successful candidate will have experience of market research techniques and data analysis in either an academic or professional environment. We are seeking applicants with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work proactively and flexibly in a fast-paced team environment. Being able to establish and develop strong customer-focused working relationships with a range of colleagues, students and external clients to the University will be required, along with excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills and organisational skills.

This is a Graduate Development Programme role available for a fixed term of 13 months. Applicants need to be current NTU students in their final year or have graduated from NTU within the last two years at the time of applying.
