Information Systems are seeking to hire a Graduate Project Coordinator who, by working with a large community of stakeholders, will perform a variety of tasks aiding the delivery of a portfolio of strategic projects.

Within this role you will be responsible for requirements gathering and the management of Project Scope Planning and Change management; status tracking and reporting; configuration and document management; project financial management; resource and third-party supplier management; and general administration tasks.
Successful candidates will need to be confident in dealing with a breadth of stakeholders and in the provision and presentation of complex information. The Project Office covers a diverse range of activities, and candidates will need to demonstrate a flexible approach to their work.

This is a Graduate Development Programme role available for a fixed term of 13 months. Applicants need to be current NTU students in their final year or have graduated from NTU within the last two years at the time of applying.
