While our masters course has been designed and delivered by academic professionals with extensive subject expertise and is distinguished by a focus on public sociology. You’ll also undertake a work placement with a local community organisation, enabling you to work directly with the same people who are striving to make a difference in current social issues, and helping them to make a real impact.
This course helps you to link theory, research and practice – you’ll develop in-depth knowledge and insights as you develop your professional credentials as a public sociologist.
