What are the entry requirements for students from Singapore?

The entry requirements for Bachelors and Masters degrees at NTU for students from Singapore are listed below. Select your qualification from the list to see what you need to join a course at the University.

English language requirements

We can accept the Singapore/Cambridge GCE O-Level with Grades 1-6.

You’ll need an IELTS qualification at the appropriate grade or an alternative English language qualification accepted by the University.

Students who do not meet the English language requirements may be required to take a pre-sessional English language (PEAP) course.

An average grade C in five O-levels will allow entry onto foundation courses at Nottingham Trent International College (NTIC).

A pass will allow entry onto first year undergraduate. Higher grades can be considered for advanced entry to some of our undergraduate courses.

An average grade 60%+ will allow advanced entry to undergraduate courses. Please contact us directly for further information.

A classification of 2.1 or 2.2 (depending on your course of interest) will allow entry onto Postgraduate (Masters) courses.
