What are the entry requirements for students from Greece?

The entry requirements for Bachelors and Masters degrees at NTU for students from Greece are listed below. Select your qualification from the list to see what you need to join a course at the University.

Please note that these entry requirements are guidelines only. If you have questions about your qualification and it is not listed here, please contact us.

English language requirements

You’ll need an IELTS qualification at the appropriate grade or an alternative English language qualification accepted by the University.

Students who do not meet the English language requirements may be required to take a pre-sessional English language (PEAP) course.

Foundation course:

Students must have achieved a minimum of 15/20 in the Apolytirion. A good grade is required for entry onto our Undergraduate degrees.

Offers for undergraduate courses are made depending on the entry criteria of your chosen course. These will be stated in UCAS Tariff points.

As a guide we would look for:

  • either 19/20 in your Apolytirion or 18/20 plus one A-level grade B for courses which require 136 UCAS points
  • either 19/20 in your Apolytirion or 18/20 plus one A-level grade B for courses which require 128 UCAS points
  • either 18/20 in your Apolytirion or 17/20 plus one A-level grade B for courses which require 120 UCAS points
  • either 17.5/20 in your Apolytirion or 16/20 plus one A-level grade B for courses which require 112 UCAS points
  • 17/20 in your Apolytirion for courses which require 104 UCAS points
  • 16/20 in your Apolytirion for courses which require 96 UCAS points.
  • 16/20 in your Apolytirion for courses which require 88 UCAS points.
  • 16/20 in your Apolytirion for courses which require 80 UCAS points.
  • 10/20 in your Apolytirion for courses which require 46 UCAS points.

  • 7.0/10 for courses at postgraduate level requiring a 2.i.
  • 6.0/10 for courses at postgraduate level requiring a 2.ii.

A good grade in ΔΙΠΛΩΜΑ ΜΕΤΑΠΤΥΧΙΑΚΩΝ ΣΠΟΥΔΩΝ / Masters qualification is required for entry on to our research degrees.
