What are the entry requirements for students from Türkiye?
The entry requirements for Bachelors and Masters degrees at NTU for students from Türkiye are listed below. Select your qualification from the list to see what you need to join a course at the University.
Please note that these entry requirements are guidelines only. If you have questions about your qualification and it is not listed here, please contact us.
Bachelors degrees, required grade varies from course to course, ranging from 28 – 34 points.
Foundation courses or International Year One courses at Nottingham Trent International College (NTIC) with a score of 3/5 or less than 70% from school will be considered for direct entry onto bachelor degrees at NTU.
You will need a minimum 60% or grade point average 2.4 - 2.6 (depending on previous institution) to study a Bachelors degree.
A grade point average of 2.0 will allow you to study a Pre-Masters course at NTIC.
Those with a minimum of 60% or GPA 2.4 - 2.6 (depending on their previous institution) considered for direct entry onto postgraduate study at NTU.
A good grade will allow you to study Postgraduate research.
You’ll need an IELTS qualification at the appropriate grade or an alternative English language qualification accepted by the University.
Students who do not meet the English language requirements may be required to take a pre-sessional English language (PEAP) course.
Türkiye Postgraduate Scholarship
Do you have an offer to study with us? Why not apply for our exclusive Türkiye scholarship. If you're a postgraduate student you can apply for £4,000 towards your studies.
We also offer a variety of other scholarships ranging from £2,000 to 50% of your tuition fee. Once you submit an application form we’ll assess you for all scholarships you are eligible for.
I feel NTU was the right choice for me because my course allows me to really further my career prospects. For example I get to use all the skills I learn in the classroom in real life through a consultancy project which I really enjoyed and found very useful.
