Egypt Postgraduate Scholarship

Do you have an offer to study with us? Why not apply for our exclusive Egypt scholarship. If you're a postgraduate student you can apply for £4,000 towards your studies.

We also offer a variety of other scholarships ranging from £2,000 to 50% of your tuition fee. Once you submit an application form we’ll assess you for all scholarships you are eligible for.

GREAT Scholarship

The GREAT Scholarship programme is a joint initiative by the British Council and the UK Government, designed to attract some of the brightest postgraduates from around the world to study at UK universities.

We are delighted to offer one competitive scholarship of £10,000 to students from Egypt. To be eligible you must:

  • Have an offer to study one of our full-time Masters courses.
  • Be a national of Egypt.

What are the entry requirements for students from Egypt?

The entry requirements for Bachelors and Masters degrees at NTU for Egyptian students are listed below. Select your qualification from the list to see what you need to join a course at the University.

If you’ve studied an international qualification please refer to the relevant country page for the entry requirements. For example if you studied the American High School Diploma in Egypt you need to check on the USA country page.

Please note that these entry requirements are guidelines only. If you have questions about your qualification and it is not listed here, please contact us.

English language requirements

You’ll need an IELTS qualification at the appropriate grade or an alternative English language qualification accepted by the University.

Students who do not meet the English language requirements may be required to take a pre-sessional English language (PEAP) course.

If you achieve a grade of 65%+ you can study a foundation course at Nottingham Trent International College (NTIC).

If you achieve a grade of 80%+ you can study International Year One courses at NTIC.

Direct entry onto undergraduate courses.

Advanced entry (Year Two or Year Three) onto Bachelors courses.

If you achieve a 2.2 grade (Average of "Good" or GPA 2.5/4 or 3.0/5 or 65% +) you can study a Masters degree.

Students who do not meet this grade can be considered for pre-Masters courses at NTIC.

You can study PhD research.
