What are the entry requirements for students from Kuwait?

The entry requirements for Bachelors and Masters degrees at NTU for students from Kuwait are listed below. Select your qualification from the list to see what you need to join a course at the University.

If you’ve studied an international qualification please refer to the relevant country page for the entry requirements. For example if you studied the American High School Diploma in Kuwait you need to check on the USA country page.

English language requirements

You’ll need an IELTS qualification at the appropriate grade or an alternative English language qualification accepted by the University.

Students who do not meet the English language requirements may be required to take a pre-sessional English language (PEAP) course.

A grade of 65%+ will allow entry onto a Foundation certificate at Nottingham Trent International College (NTIC).

A grade of 80%+ will allow entry onto International Year One course at NTIC.

A grade 2.0/4 (Good, C), or minimum of 55% will allow entry onto bachelors degree courses.

Grade 2.2 = B or 2.67/4 or 5/9 or Good will allow entry onto postgraduate masters courses.

Students who do not meet this grade can be considered for Pre-Masters courses at NTIC.
