Entry requirements

Your qualificationYou could study

General Secondary Education Certificate (Shahadat-Al-Thanawia-Al-A'ama)

Grade 60%+

Foundation certificate at Nottingham Trent International College (NTIC)

General Secondary Education Certificate (Shahadat-Al-Thanawia-Al-A'ama)

Grade 80%+

International Year One course at NTIC.

The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET) Diploma

Grade 2.0/4 (Good, C), or minimum of 55%

Bachelor degrees.

Bachelor degree from recognised university in Kuwait

Grade 2.2 = B or 2.67/4 or 5/9 or Good

Masters degrees

Students who do not meet this grade can be considered for a Graduate Diploma at NTIC.

Masters degree from recognised university in KuwaitPhD research.

International qualifications

If you’ve studied an international qualification please refer to the relevant country page for the entry requirements. For example if you studied the American High School Diploma in Kuwait you need to check on the USA country page.

Pre-sessional English for Academic Purposes (PEAP)

We offer pre-sessional English (PEAP) courses which – if successfully completed – lead directly to your academic course. Depending on your IELTS score you can study English from 6 to 20 weeks.

NTU representatives

We work closely with NTU Education Counsellors all over the world including counsellors in education agencies, schools and colleges.

They can advise you on entry requirements, the application process and how to apply for a visa among other things.
