Entry requirements

Secondary School Certificate (TAWJIHIYYA)

Grade 65%+

Foundation certificate at Nottingham Trent International College (NTIC)

Secondary School Certificate (TAWJIHIYYA)

Grade 80%+

International Year One course at NTIC
Two year Post TAWJIHIYYA from Higher Technical Institutes or Commercial InstitutesDirect entry onto undergraduate courses
OND / HND and Associate degrees

Advanced level (Year Two or Year Three) entry onto undergraduate courses

Bachelors degree from a recognised university in Qatar

2:2 grade (Average of "Good" or GPA 2.5/4 or 3.1/5 or 65%+)

Postgraduate courses

Students who do not meet this grade can be considered for a Graduate Diploma at NTIC.

Masters degree from a recognised university in QatarConsidered for PhD research

If you’ve studied an international qualification please refer to the relevant country page for the entry requirements. For example if you studied the American High School Diploma in Qatar you need to check on the USA country page.

Pre-sessional English for Academic Purposes (PEAP)

We offer pre-sessional English (PEAP) courses which – if successfully completed – lead directly to your academic course. Depending on your IELTS score you can study English from 6 to 30 weeks.
