Whether you’re a new student looking for summer accommodation or simply after a comfortable, budget-friendly stay in Nottingham, our halls are open to everyone — students and non-students alike.
Nottingham – a destination city for students and visitors
NTU offers modern, comfortable rooms across Nottingham City Centre, Clifton Campus, and Brackenhurst from late July to early September.
They’re an ideal choice for students, families, friends and visitors attending sporting events or other occasions. Our halls can accommodate groups, leisure stays, business trips, and event bookings.
Amenities include:
- Inclusive Wi-Fi
- Access to a shared kitchen
- Laundry facilities (at a cost).
Please note that bedding and kitchen items are not provided. Rooms are also designed for single occupancy.
How to book summer accommodation
NTU students
Summer accommodation and early arrival requests will be open from 28th April 2026.
If you are a current NTU student, please log in to the accommodation booking portal to book student summer accommodation or request your early arrival.
Non-NTU students, NTU staff and external visitors
If you are a non NTU student or external visitor, please visit our accommodation booking portal to book summer accommodation.
Group and conference bookings
We also offer a bespoke conference package with the option to include bedding, linen changes and a kitchen pack. You can log a request for a group booking via the accommodation portal.
If you have any disabilities or medical conditions, please let us know so that we can help find you a suitable room. Please ensure you complete the section when prompted in the portal, and we will contact you to discuss your needs. We have a limited number of accessible rooms.
