Role

Julia Mumby is the Programme leader for Access to Higher Education: Land-Based Studies (Animal Science).

Julia really enjoys teaching students about the different aspects of animal science, because it’s a moving field and there are always new advances in research and technology, which bring new and exciting opportunities.

Julia would recommend that students study at Brackenhurst because of the great facilities and resources, with excellent links between theory and practice, which builds both academic and practical skills. Brackenhurst has a great team of knowledgeable and supportive staff who are happy to advise and work with the Employability Team to help with progression into University and / or employment in the industry.
