Role
Scarlett is a Senior Lecturer on Fashion Marketing and Branding.
Scarlett teaches the first-year module, Principles of Marketing and Branding, and will be picking up module leadership from September 23. Alongside this Scarlett is a final-year tutor working closely with students to support self-led projects.
Scarlett is in the process of completing her HEA fellowship.
Career overview
Upon completing a degree in Theatre Practice: Costume Construction from Central School of Speech and Drama, Scarlett began her career in Theatre Wardrobe as a Costumer Supervisor and Maker, working on various opera, dance and musical productions across the UK. An MA in International Fashion Business from NTU led to a marketing role for a premium knitwear brand, focusing on a Northern Europe re-launch. Scarlett moved into teaching in 2016, joining a small team to launch a studio school in South West London, taking on a lead teaching role for Fashion and Business Studies courses before joining NTU in 2020. Scarlett is passionate about fashion education and committed to delivering the best learning experience possible.
