Claire Brown was appointed as the Change Manager within the University’s continuous improvement function in the HR team in 2017, having originally joined NTU as a Strategy Implementation Manager in 2015. Prior to NTU, Claire held several posts at Nottinghamshire County Council (2011-15) and Rushcliffe Borough Council (2008-11) in project management and planning, communication and customer services.

Claire graduated from the University of Manchester with a BA Hons in English and American Literature and has since undertaken a series of professional qualifications, mainly in project, programme and change management.
