I have a research focused role; not only focusing on publishing in top tier (i.e. ABS 4 star) journals myself but also helping more junior staff members and PhD students to grow as researchers.
Professor van Dijke, one of our adjunct professors, is now Professor of Behavioural Ethics at the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Professor van Dijke previously held an appointment as an assistant professor in organizational psychology at the Open University of the Netherlands.
My research is concerned with behavioural ethics and leadership of high integrity. Examples of issues I examine in my research include when power stimulates moral and immoral behaviour, why people so deeply value social justice, and what the role is of intuitive and controlled processes in moral judgment and behaviour. These issues have important implications both for theory and practice, supplying tools that stimulate employees and managers to function both productively and ethically. I have published widely on these topics in top tier Management and Psychology journals.
Please visit the NTU Doctoral School website for information on doctoral research opportunities at NBS.
I am also professor of behavioural ethics at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, the Netherlands.
