Role

Phil is Module Leader for Personal and Professional Development level 2 (PPD2); his primary function lies within the Personalisation Project. Launched in 2015, the Personalisation Project is designed to increase engagement, inclusion and progression within NTU and industry. Phil is responsible for promoting student engagement in both academic and extra-curricular CPD, in addition to the design and delivery of personalisation modules for undergraduate students within Nottingham Business School.

Phil also teaches marketing, leadership and employability and supports students on Consultancy Experience Projects (CEP) - an experiential learning module where students work on live projects in industry. Phil teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Research areas

Phil is currently completing a PhD at NTU within Nottingham Business School, Department of Marketing. Areas of interest include student engagement, consumer behaviour and service marketing.
