Tolulope is a lecturer in the division of HRM who facilitates the active engagement of students in the ‘Foundations of Managing and Organising’ module sessions. Tolulope helps students interpret business theories and concepts into applicable ideas through an evaluation of relatable practices within real work organisations and relevant case-studies. He helps students in the development of their academic writing skills by guiding them through the important considerations in essay writing and improvement. Tolulope also creates an avenue to have both scheduled and sometimes impromptu one-on-one meetings with students who may require further clarification of assigned tasks or specific areas of discussion within the module.
Tolulope Fadipe MBA, MBAM, PhD candidate is a lecturer in Human Resource department. Prior to his employment with NTU, he worked in the financial industry, a co-founder and company director of Anto-Ella (transport logistics) Enterprise in Nigeria. He is a consultant at Aella Financial Solutions Limited (Aella Credit) on business-related matters. Tolulope developed and facilitated modules in Strategic Management for Executive MBA programmes at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He was responsible for training students who were on work-based placements at NOUN. Tolulope is an organising committee member of the EAOHP conference in Athens and currently researching on ‘working conditions’.
Tolulope is currently working on the publication of two articles:
- Analysing knowledge management frameworks: A focus on people involvement
- An analysis of psychosocial factors in knowledge management frameworks: Towards an integrative approach.
He is in his third year as a research candidate with a focus on how managing knowledge could promote psychosocial risk management from an enterprise perspective
Tolulope is a part-time tutor in Strategic Management and Business Environment modules at the college.
