Yan Wang is an Associate Professor of Accounting and Finance at Nottingham Business School.
Prior to join the Nottingham Business School, he has held Senior Lecturer and Lecturer positions at Leicester Castle Business School, DMU and University of Huddersfield.
Yan’s research interests are focused on empirical corporate finance or corporate governance and in particular CEO/director networks, executive compensation, board diversity and CSR. Yan has articles published in leading international journals, such as the International Review of Financial Analysis, International Journal of Finance and Economics, European Management Review, International Marketing Review, Corporate Governance: The international journal of business in society, Accounting Research Journal, Investment Management and Financial Innovations.
