Role

Christopher is the Compliance Officer with the NTU Apprenticeship’s Team. Christopher is responsible for the generation and validation of the Apprenticeship Learner records and other relevant statutory data returns/claims, working closely with Schools and Professional Services to support timely submission, cleansing any data errors as required, as well as, ensuring compliance of university systems and processes with all regulations for Apprenticeship delivery.

Career overview

Christopher joined NTU in 2019 as an international student of the NTU Business School in the MSc Project Management programme. It was through this programme, via a year long sandwich placement, that Christopher initially joined the NTU Apprenticeships team in the Project Assistant (Student Placement) role in 2020.

Following the completion of the masters programme, Christopher returned to the NTU Apprenticeships Team in 2021 as an Apprenticeship Administrator, prior to moving up to the Apprenticeships Compliance Officer position in 2022.

Before joining NTU, Christopher was an Examinations Officer in the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business for 6 years, where he built significant experience working alongside Course teams and lecturers to ensure qualify graduate assessments, where he also achieved a Postgraduate Certificate in Authentic Business Education and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) qualifications.
