Role
Pauline is the Business Account Manager Team Leader in the Apprenticeship Team. Pauline leads a team of 4 Business Account Managers to develop strong and sustainable partnerships with employers, supporting businesses to assess their skills gaps and the role apprenticeships can play in their overall business and recruitment strategy. Pauline also leads on Nursing apprenticeships within the team and is the Apprenticeship Account Manager for a number of local NHS Trusts.
Career overview
Pauline joined NTU in the Autumn of 2017 in a variety of temporary admin roles. She quickly progressed to permanent roles – firstly as a Partnership Administrator in the Institute of Education and then as a Business Development Consultant in Employability. In the Summer of 2019, Pauline moved into the Apprenticeship team as an Industry Skills Manager and then Business Account Manager. Pauline was appointed to her current role in May 2023.
Prior to joining NTU, Pauline spent over 15 years in Client Manager and Service Delivery Manager roles in the IT and Telecoms sector. She managed multipe strategic accounts in different sectors, with specific targets around delivering new revenues, growing profitability and customer satisfaction.
