Role

As an Associate Learning Designer Rob is responsible for supporting the Learning Designers in creating high quality online learning resources for students. This includes, but is not limited to, producing high quality videos, graphics and interactive learning activities that are used on NOW (NTU's VLE) and Futurelearn.

Career overview

Rob has been a student twice over at NTU – first for his BSc Psychology and then MSc Cyberpsychology. Rob's previous academic learning lends itself perfectly to his role at NTU, in particular his understanding of human behaviour in online spaces helps Rob develop engaging and innovative online learning activities.

Before joining NTU Rob worked as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school, where he taught cover lessons, in a wide variety of subjects.
