Cathy leads an ambitious programme with the city's arts and cultural sector, young people, schools, and youth and community organisations to ensure every child in Nottingham receives a broad, adventurous and creative education.
Hosted by NTU Arts, ChalleNGe fosters and facilitates collaborations across the cultural learning sector and aims to amplify youth voices within the city’s cultural life, championing creativity in schools and communities.
ChalleNGe has an extensive network of arts partners who align resources and add value to existing provisions. Career overview
Cathy has extensive experience in partnership projects from working in a variety of arts management roles over the last 25 years, including as General Manager of New Perspectives Theatre Company and Arts Policy Manager in the NHS.
