Role
Heidi is the Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator for ChalleNGe Nottingham, hosted by NTU Arts. She works to support the Nottingham Cultural Education Partnership, which unites arts partners, schools, and community organizations to ensure that all young people across Nottingham can access art, culture, and creativity as a fundamental right.
Heidi plays a key role in fostering cross-sector collaboration, maintaining the website, and promoting the ChalleNGe mission through social media
Career overview
Heidi trained as a Probation Officer and previously managed teams at the Youth Offending Team in the City, before moving into a school partnership role for 16 years. Most recently, she was a community organizer for Nottingham Citizens, focusing on school work and developing young people into community leaders.
