Career overview
Phil has a wealth of "real-world" business experience with a broad knowledge of both UK and international trade gained through roles in every size and type of business, from one man startups to multinational corporations. Several years spent with a leading international logistics company gave him an in-depth knowledge of international trade, overseas sales and business development.
He established his own consultancy business specialising in small business growth and funding, and managed two European business funding programmes, funding high-growth businesses across the region and was the lead consultant in the development and delivery of Entrepreneurship programmes leading to the establishment of successful businesses.
External activity
A regular food and drink reviewer who enjoys eating out and exploring new restaurants. Phil also loves music and is a Keen member of the local Rock Choir.
