Role
I am a Lecturer at Nottingham Law School, currently teaching Civil Litigation and Skills on the LPC, as well as on specialist Practitioner Courses providing experiential learning for litigation procedure and skills. I am also supervising LPC dissertations on arbitration, international commercial law and the regulation of firm structures in the solicitors’ profession.
Career overview
I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2008. I specialised in Commercial Litigation and Professional Negligence during my 11 years as a qualified Solicitor. I worked at Nelsons in Derby for the last 6 years in practice. During this time, I converted my LPC into an LLM in Legal Practice.
