Role

Zuri Djan is a Senior Lecturer at the Nottingham Law School. She teaches on the Barristers Training Course (BTC). She is also a staff representative on the Staff Student Liaison Committee for the Law School.

Zuri is one of the creators of the Barristers Training Course at Nottingham Law School. She is the module leader for Conference Skills and Criminal Advocacy as well as the BTC International Student’s Co-ordinator. Zuri is also the School’s Academic irregularities representative.

Career overview

Zuri joined the Nottingham Law School in 1996 after practising as a barrister in London chambers.

Zuri was called to the Bar in 1993 and is a member of the Inner Temple. She practiced predominately at the criminal bar and has some experience of employment and family law.
