Role

Working closely with the Pro Vice-Chancellor for Research and Innovation, research leaders from across the University and professional services teams, Louise’s role is to coordinate, lead and project manage key projects and initiatives, delivering successful outcomes for research at NTU.

Career overview

Louise has supported research at NTU since 2011 and has been in her current role since 2021. Prior to this she worked at Tribal. In this role, Louise provided administrative support to four European Social Funded Projects, which provided vocational training for employed individuals to achieve level 2 qualifications. Louise has also worked at Nottingham City Council as a Secretary, team and Human Resources administrator.

Louise thrives in roles which enable her to use her significant experience of coordinating projects and activities, helping to support the organisation's objectives.

External activity

Louise has recently completed a postgraduate certificate in Higher Education Administration, Management and Leadership and is a member of the Association of University Administrators (AUA) and the Association of Research Managers and Administrators (ARMA).
