Materials/Mechanical engineer (BEng 2004), Energy/Sustainability researcher (MEng, 2006; PhD, 2010), Design/Engineering educator (2011-) exploring materials selection and sustainability (GRANTA/ANSYS), feasibility assessment in energy projects (RETScreen) and materials behaviour in energy storage (Solid Hydrogen/Batteries). Industrial experience (Portobello, Whirlpool, Airbus, Petrobras, Engie, EOn) and involvements in projects from Southern Brazil to Northern Europe, including the design and built of a research sailboat.
