Dr Laritza Machin Rincon joined Nottingham Trent University as a Senior Lecturer in Occupational Psychology from the Universitat Jaume I (Spain). Dr Machin Rincon teaches on several undergraduate and postgraduate modules and supervises both undergraduate and masters dissertation projects.

Dr Laritza Machin Rincon received her BSc in Psychology from the Venezuela Central University and her PhD in Psychology from the Universitat Jaume I (Spain).
