Mark is a Chartered Psychologist and Lecturer in the Department of Psychology, and teaches predominantly in Occupational Psychology and Research Methods and Statistics.
Career overview
Prior to joining NTU, Mark worked as a Business Psychologist with individuals and organisations in a range of commercial settings across the UK and North America. His work has included organisational development projects, culture and climate change, team development and personal effectiveness.
Research areas
Mark’s primary focus is on people in the work environment and research interests include the effects of long term work engagements away from home and the impact of roles that mean people are “always on”.
