Short-term stay accommodation

We know that not everyone needs student accommodation for a full academic year. If you’re looking for accommodation on a short-term basis we have flexible, short contracts for stays of 28 nights or more, designed to fit around your study, commitments or placements.

With residences across the City and Nottingham we’ve a wide range of affordable rooms and studios available to suit your needs and inclusive of bills and internet access. You can also extend your stay – subject to room availability. Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking, with cancellation possible up to seven days before the start of the contract.

We also offer contracts that start in January for postgraduate accommodation and single semester contracts for those on part-year exchange courses.
