Short-term or alternative accommodation options

We know that many of our students need alternative contracts. We can help - we offer short-term, single semester, January-start and summer contracts designed for flexibility around your needs.

Short-term stay accommodation

Need accommodation but not for the full academic year? If you’re looking for a shorter stay, we offer flexible short-term contracts. These contracts are available on the following basis, subject to availability:

  • 28-day minimum contracts are offered at Blenheim, Simpsons, Norton Court, The Maltings, Meridian Court, Peverell, New Hall, College Drive, Brackenhurst and Grange Avenue.
  • Eight-week minimum contracts are offered at Byron, Sandby, Gill Street North, Gill Street South and Hampden.

With residences across the city, we have a wide range of affordable rooms and studios available to suit your needs and inclusive of bills and internet access. You can also extend your stay – subject to room availability. Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking, with cancellation possible up to seven days before the start of the contract.
