January start contracts
Find what you need to know about booking accommodation at NTU for contracts starting in January.
Bookings for January 2026 are now open
NTU offers rooms for students studying courses starting in January.
Rooms are available on City Campus at Sandby and The Maltings.
Rooms are available on Clifton Campus at New Hall, which is suitable for mature and postgraduate students who require a contract from January 2026 to January 2027.
We recommend booking early as there is a limited number of rooms and we operate allocation on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to book accommodation for January starts
Rooms are reserved online through our accommodation booking portal.
To book accommodation starting in January, you must have accepted your offer to study at NTU before you can make a booking.
You'll also need to create a password for your NTU login using your NTU ID. This will be included in your course offer confirmation email.
