January start contracts
Bookings for January 2026 will open in Autumn 2025
NTU offers rooms for students studying courses starting in January.
Rooms are available on City Campus at Sandby and Clifton Campus at Peverell and New Hall, which are suitable for mature and postgraduate students who require a contract from January to January.
We recommend booking early as there are a limited number of rooms which are on a first-come first-serve basis.
Booking accommodation for January starts
To book accommodation starting in January, you must have accepted your offer to study at NTU before you can make a booking.
Rooms are reserved online through our accommodation booking portal. Follow the steps to create a password and log in. Once you have created an account start a booking by clicking on the ‘Accommodation booking’ tab in the to left of the page.
Please note that bookings for January 2026 are not yet open. Rooms will go live in the autumn 2025.
