We’ve created a learning environment that’s as close as possible to the real world of industry. You’ll have access to a fully functioning TV studio, with production facilities and three radio studios all developed to industry standard.

Our newsdays provide a realistic environment to practice your skills. You will work to tight deadlines producing newspaper and magazine pages, and radio and television bulletins to a professional standard.

Hear from our journalism students what it’s like to take part in a newsday at the NTU’s Centre for Broadcasting & Journalism.

It’s one of the best broadcast journalism courses in the country. Not only will it teach you about ethics and media law (something which is essential when applying for jobs), it also teaches you how to be a good journalist.
