Student volunteering opportunities

Our firm offers students the opportunity to gain meaningful, real-world legal experience within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Each year, hundreds of Nottingham Law School students volunteer with us. Through this experience, students grow in confidence, develop practical legal skills, and build professional capabilities that are highly valued by employers.

The firm has also secured over £7 million in financial awards for our clients, reflecting the real impact of the work undertaken by our students and supervising lawyers.

Alongside their learning and development, our students play a vital role in improving access to justice, supporting individuals who are unable to afford or otherwise access legal services.

We offer a mix of in-person and online opportunities.

It provided a brilliant opportunity to undertake real life work. All the staff could not have been more helpful when assisting me with the case. My supervisor was so wonderful, and ensured that I felt confident in every task I completed. I never thought I would have an opportunity like this whilst at University, and it has massively increased my confidence when making applications for my future career.
