The exchange to FIT in New York was one of my most beneficial life experiences to date.
More about Grace
Grace was selected to go on an exchange to the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York.
“I chose this course as its content is like no other available. I wanted to have creative freedom while learning about integral marketing and the fashion business together, creating a strong learning experience. Also because of the amazing opportunities such as the live project briefs with industry and the exchange programme with the New York Fashion Institute of Technology.
“I most enjoy the diverse content – you can be a graphic designer, art director, photographer, or stylist. It prepares you for industry; I understand the key components of fashion and curating imagery, and have already been able to apply this learning to industry experience.
“The exchange to FIT in New York was one of my most beneficial life experiences to date. I took classes in publicity, advertising, styling for visual presentation, and fashion presentation. The exchange benefited me as a person, a creative thinker and a student. It opened my eyes to the fashion industry beyond London.”
