What motivated you to pursue a Global Executive MBA (GEMBA), and why did you choose Nottingham Business School?

"I have been wanting to excel my leadership skills beyond local and I found out about the Global executive MBA at Nottingham Business school so I went for it."

"I chose GEMBA because it is flexible as it allows me to be at work and to be with my family at the same time."

What are your expectations for how the GEMBA will impact your career and personal development?

"I am expecting to broaden my horizon in business management with new skills to solve organisational challenges using sustainable ways."

What is your current job title and key responsibilities?

"I am the Technical Manager and Nutritionist at Profeeds Zimbabwe and my main responsibilities are least cost feed formulation and managing the technical team to achieve customer training and development."

How do you anticipate applying the knowledge and skills from your MBA to your current role or future career aspirations?

"So far I anticipate to apply sustainable and responsible ways of managing both people and what they do."

Which aspects of the programme have you found most engaging so far?

"Our first module had a simulation program which allowed us to work in groups and simulate a Jeans company, I loved this as it gave me the opportunity to make decisions and then see the results of my decision and learn."

What are you most looking forward to as you progress through the GEMBA?

"I am looking forward to finding my strengths and use them to network with like-minded people."

What advice would you give to someone considering the GEMBA at Nottingham Business School?

"Do not hesitate to start as the program will help you unlock some hidden strategies needed for business management."
