"As a social entrepreneur and business development professional, I recognised the need to link my hands-on experience with the advanced competencies provided by an MBA, to gain access to fresh perspectives, innovative concepts, and opportunities for both personal and professional growth. The university awarded me the Excellence Scholarship to join the programme, which had recently achieved triple crown accreditation—factors that further solidified my decision."

"I am the CEO and founder of Sign Accessible Technologies, a company dedicated to bridging communication gaps between Deaf and hearing communities. My responsibilities include strategic planning, driving business development, and ensuring sustainable social impact initiatives."
Can you describe a key project or accomplishment in your current role that your MBA helped you achieve?
"During the MBA, I refined a proposal to innovate and expand our service offerings while increasing market reach. The leadership and innovation frameworks I learned have been instrumental in navigating implementation challenges and ensuring both social and financial sustainability."
What aspects of the NBS MBA programme did you find most valuable?
"I found the modules on 'Leading Responsible and Sustainable Organisations' and ‘Leading Innovation' invaluable. They provided practical insights into managing diverse teams and driving impactful projects. Additionally, the international exposure and collaborative learning environment have significantly deepened my understanding of global challenges and opportunities."

Additionally, I joined the University Language Program to learn Italian, further developing my communication skills.
