Event details

Join us on Friday 30 November at the Brackenhurst Campus to find out about the new dual site Medical Technologies and Innovation Facility (MTIF) which will be physically realised in 2020 across Clifton Campus and the Boots Enterprise Zone site.

This specialist Medical Technologies focused Centre of Excellence, which is jointly funded by the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire (D2N2) Local Enterprise Partnership and NTU, will enable industry and academia to interact to conceive and develop medical devices ideas through to commercialisation.

MTIF will support industry and enhance economic contribution in the areas of life sciences and healthcare, key priority sectors for the UK Government. It will also provide the University with increased research capacity to engage in research collaborations and partnerships with industries and healthcare professionals.

The development and application of future health solutions that are cost effective, desirable, efficacious and universally available is directly relevant to all, so come along and speak to staff to discover more.

Can't make it? The showcase will also be at City Campus on Tuesday 27 November and Clifton Campus on Monday 3 December.
