What is done in your workplace to promote healthy and happy staff?
What do you think the benefits are for people and productivity?
How can you decide which approaches are the best for your team?
Our third Good Work Nottingham event will outline the current state of research, guidance and practice surrounding wellbeing and work and explore how organisations can make practical use of it. Our recent study highlights a wealth of advice and guidance but do employers always know which direction to take?
This session will also provide you with an opportunity to meet with like-minded employers, employees, and researchers interested in supporting wellbeing and developing evidence-based healthy workplaces. We will host six provocative themes for participants to explore during the event allowing you to share and hear about best practice and understand what the research says on key topics.
Our aim is to bring key groups and individuals together to ensure that work undertaken in and around Nottingham supports people to be happy and healthy in work. Themes will be shared a week before the event and we look forward to hearing your views and ideas. A working paper from our research will also be shared and we hope you can help feed into this research and help take it forward.
We will be holding another event in this series. Please save the date.

Stories of bad work have become common in the media but how accurate are they? How does a city like Nottingham ensure everyone has meaningful and fulfilling work? Join us for a day-long conference on this important issue during our final event of the series.
