Building on the success of our growth programmes BreakThrough and UpScaler, NTU Enterprise is offering a new Growth Membership aimed at people who want to take their business to the next level. Our workshop series will launch on 21st September with an initial free, hybrid session to introduce the programme, giving you a taste of what to expect and a chance to ask any questions.
NTU Enterprise has over two decades of experience supporting businesses in Nottingham and beyond. We offer a wide range of services from mentoring and coaching to practical workshops, industry networking, signposting to funding opportunities, expert guidance, and high-profile speaker events. We love what we do and are committed to helping businesses succeed.
The first session will cover:
- Introduction to the growth programme – purpose and outline
- Business diagnostic exercise looking at growth needs
- Initial goal setting
The programme will provide a framework for you to look realistically at how to grow your business. As members of our community, you will learn from your peers and support each other at this important stage of your business journey. The programme will help you develop and grow your leadership skills, grit, resilience and knowledge whilst getting support from NTU Enterprise and our wider network.
