What is this meet-up about?

In this session, the multi-talented Paul Moran will tell the story of how he has Accelerated Service Design at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, the government agency responsible for keeping people safe on Britain's roads.

He’ll explain how he’s growing a user centred design team at scale whilst delivering services for the DVSA that meet Government Service Standard, helping make them simpler, clearer, and faster for everyone.

And he’ll share some practical examples of Service Design in action on services that are used by millions of people!

If that’s not enough, you’ll also have the opportunity to ask all your burning questions in a quick fire Q&A session!
