Theatre trip: Girls & Boys

Don't miss a free night at the theatre with NTU Arts. Meeting on campus, we'll guide you to Nottingham Playhouse to enjoy Dennis Kelly's gripping one-woman show, Girls & Boys. After the performance there's the option to stay for a post-show Q&A.

Synopsis
It starts as a typical love story – boy meets girl and sparks fly. An intense, passionate relationship begins. In time they settle down, have children and live ordinary, chaotic lives. But beneath the veneer of normality, a disturbing undercurrent is growing. Their seemingly perfect world unravels, revealing shocking truths about family, violence and what really goes on behind closed doors.

This production contains very strong language throughout, with references to physical and sexual violence and death.

Advance booking is essential as we have limited free tickets.

Timings

• 6.30 pm meet at Newton reception, NTU City Campus
• 6.45 pm leave promptly, and walk to Nottingham Playhouse (approximately 10 minutes)
• 7.30– 9 pm watch show

This trip provides you with a free ticket (usually £10 - £35). Tickets are limited so please only book if you’re able to attend. Non-attendance may result in your access to future activities being restricted.

The TicketSource reference/confirmation that you will receive from NTU Arts is not your ticket for entry to the show. Theatre tickets will be issued on arrival at the venue.
