Writing Masterclass with Panya Banjoko: How to write about your life

Join us for this masterclass, led by writer, archivist, and activist Dr Panya Banjoko, where you'll learn to draw inspiration from your personal experiences for writing. You may even create a winning entry for the NTU Arts Creative Competition. The event is free and open to NTU students, staff, and alumni.

This activity is only open to NTU students, staff and alumni.
This Masterclass gives you permission to write about your life, inspired by the wit and wisdom of writer, archivist and activist Dr Panya Banjoko. Leap into your life as inspiration, drawing on your experience as rich material. Panya will give us some prompts and examples to get us writing. You might even write a winning entry for our NTU Arts Creative Competition, closing on Sunday 23 March. Come along in person or join us via Teams.
Writing Masterclasses
Try something new by taking your pen for a walk through our Wednesday Writing Masterclasses. In Term Two we're writing about where we come from, life, and even the stage. Our masterclasses are delivered by writers and musicians from Nottingham so you can make connections with the cultural life of the city.
