Lecture overview

In an era where data is king, how can businesses turn video analytics data into actionable change?

This session explores how deep-learning AI is revolutionising retail insights - from footfall tracking to customer dwell times - and the crucial steps to shift perspectives, and transform data into meaningful business decisions. Using real-world examples, including JD Sports, we’ll uncover how leaders can navigate change, gain stakeholder buy-in, and apply strategic frameworks, technology and Lean methodologies to drive impactful transformation.
