Experience Esport

On this taster day, you’ll experience Esports first-hand by stepping inside a live production environment during our annual Nottingham Trent University vs University of Nottingham Esports Varsity match. You’ll see how our students and staff work together to deliver a professional Esports broadcast, from technical setup to live gameplay.

This unique experience offers an insight into the vocational side of our Esports Production degree, exploring Esports as both a competitive entertainment product and a technology-driven industry. You’ll witness live matches in our one of a kind Esports arena, observe the production process in real time, and gain an understanding of the roles, equipment, and workflows involved in delivering a high-quality Esports event.

You’ll also have the opportunity to tour our specialist Esports facilities and speak with current students and staff about studying Esports at NTU and the career opportunities within the industry.

Finally, there will be the option to take a campus tour with a member of our Esports team to see more of the facilities and hear first-hand about life as an Esports student at NTU from our ambassadors.

This experience can also be used to help your personal statement stand out.
