    February saw the latest instalment of Creative Futures take over the Newton building for a day to share insights and career inspiration from across the creative industries. With some of NTU’s excellent alumni representing brands including Estee Lauder, Getty Images, and Linney group, students also heard from experts from the likes of Ralph Lauren, Arts Council England, and Creative UK.

  • A Liberty Fabrics pattern is projected onto a model

    Funding for an innovative new research project that will help universities integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their art and design education programmes has recently been secured by the Nottingham School of Art & Design, in partnership with Chelsea College of Arts (University of the Arts London), Liberty Fabrics, and Norwich University of the Arts.

    Nottingham Trent University’s Fashion, Textiles and Knitwear talents took centre stage at the prestigious Shanghai exhibition – SPINEXPO. SPINEXPO is the leading international industry-sourcing exhibition in yarns, fibres, and knitwear. SPINEXPO sponsored the project and invited NTU to showcase at the show with NTU being the only UK university at the exhibition.
