Your role as an Outreach Ambassador
With the support of the Widening Access and Outreach Team, you will be involved activities in local schools and on-campus, including workshops, assemblies, parent/ carer events and school visits for pupils aged 9 -16.
Part of your role will be to lead group activities and share your personal education experiences to inspire and motivate young people to consider university as an option. As an Outreach Ambassador, it is essential that you embody key characteristics such as resilience, enthusiasm, energy and positivity towards education. You will serve as a vital role model for young people.

If you are offered a role as an Outreach Ambassador, you are required to complete the mandatory training day on Saturday 16 November. If you are unable to attend the training, please do not submit an application.
The Outreach Ambassador rate is £11.44ph
Unfortunately, we are unable to run additional interview and assessment dates due to the volume of applications.
Yes, NTU students can apply for any role with CenSCE. You must ensure that you can attend the assessment and training dates as advertised.
